Hire a Worker, Rebuild a Life

The Millionair Club Charity is a Seattle nonprofit organization providing a unique employment service that matches eager workers with demand for labor or assistance at businesses, properties, homes and apartments throughout the greater Seattle area.

Our workers receive OSHA safety training and we do our due diligence to ensure our job sites fit the standards established by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.

Hire today! You can request a worker through the Request a Worker online form or by calling 206-728-JOBS (5627). You can call us between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. or just simply leave a message anytime. We will try to get back to you in a timely manner. Thank you!

Update: Important information about hiring
Beginning Sept. 1, the Millionair Club Charity is making changes to how you hire and pay workers.

Homeowners, renters and businesses will sign a contract with the Millionair Club Charity and hire our workers as employees of our organization. We will no longer be offering an option to pay the worker directly at the end of the day.

Employers will also receive greater benefits through our invoice payment option. We cover your L&I, Social Security and unemployment insurance. We will pay the worker and send you an invoice at a rate of $15-18 (depending upon the job) per hour to cover those expenses.
